| dc.description | This project was carried out in the Yanayacu parish, La Mana canton, in the Solonso sector between an altitude of 480 and 600 meters above sea level. Having as objectives: Identify the species of stingless bees Meliponini tribe present in the Solonso sector; Determine the number of existing stingless bees by species in the sector.In order to determine the presence of stingless bees, four types of trapping were carried out:Harris, Platos, Malaise and entomological network. To recognize the species, dichotomous keys were used at the National Institute of Biodiversity (INABIO). Obtaining four species of stingless bees: Scaptotrigona with a total of 100 individuals, Flavolineata Friese with a total of 36 individuals, M. seminigra with a total of 48 individuals and Plebeia sp with a total of 51 individuals. Stingless bee nests belonging to the two identified species were also found at different heights in the Solonso sector. The abundance of bees is due to meteorological factors because the precipitation is low from the month of August (25.4 mm), September (21.3 mm) given that the largest collection of samples of this research project was carried out in these months. . The highest rainfall (615.9 mm) occurs in the sector in the month of February.Therefore, the presence of the melipona species is very scarce. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto se realizó en la parroquia de Yanayacu, cantón La Mana, en el sector solonso entre una altura de 480 y 600 msnm. Teniendo como objetivos: Identificar las especies de abejas sin aguijón tribu Meliponini presentes en el sector Solonso; Determinar la cantidad de abejas sin aguijón existentes por especie en el sector.A fin de determinar la presencia de las abejas sin aguijón se hicieron cuatro tipos de trampeo: Harris, Platos, Malaise y red entomológica, para reconocer las especies se emplearon claves dicotómicas en el Instituto Nacional de Biodiversidad (INABIO). Obteniendo cuatro especies de abejas sin aguijón que a Scaptotrigona con un total de 100 individuos, Flavolineata Friese con un total de 36 individuos, M. seminigra con un total de 48 individuos y la Plebeia sp con un total de 51 individuos. También se encontró nidos de abejas sin aguijón pertenecientes a las dos de las especies identificadas, a alturas diferentes en el sector de Solonso. La abundancia de abejas se debe a factores meteorológicos debido a que la precipitación es baja desde el mes de agosto (25.4 mm), septiembre (21,3mm) dado a que se realizó en estos meses la mayor recolección de muestras del presente proyecto de investigación. En el mes de febrero se presenta la mayor precipitación (615,9 mm), en el sector. Por lo tanto, es muy escasa la presencia de las especies meliponas. | es_ES |
