| dc.description | English is a rich source of knowledge, culture and tradition for the inhabitants of a locality that is linked to tourism. Then, this proposal formulated the following question; “Which are the advantages or disadvantages of using a system of interpretative signposting with Historic Information for the colonial building at Historic Center of Latacunga?”. In addition, the investigation has a general objective which propose a system of signposting with information in English and Spanish to facilitate a better comprehension of patrimonial signs. The project has been described through the use of inductive and deductive methods which were used to base the importance of English language for the touristic development and determine the process of design of interpretative signposting. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El Inglés es una fuente enriquecedora de conocimiento, cultura y tradición para los habitantes de una localidad porque está vinculado con el turismo. En esta investigación se planteó la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cuáles son las ventajas o desventajas del uso de un sistema de señalética interpretativa con información histórica en Inglés para los lugares coloniales del Centro Histórico de Latacunga? El objetivo general fue diseñar un sistema señaletico de información histórica en inglés y Español que facilitara la difusión de los lugares patrimoniales. El proyecto se ha desarrollado a través del empleo de los métodos inductivos y deductivos que sirvieron para fundamentar teóricamente la importancia del idioma inglés en el desarrollo turístico y a la vez determinar el proceso de diseño de la señalética interpretativa.... | es_ES |
