| dc.description | Analyzing and strengthening the cultural elements and characteristics is essential to improve the well-being and promote the development and growth of the Occidental Cooperative, located in the city of Latacunga. The research work, entitled "Culture and Organizational Behavior in the Occidental Cooperative of the City of Latacunga" has as its main objective to develop a general plan of culture and used, analyzing the collected numerical data to determine the current situation of the cooperative in terms of its organizational culture. The research used the Denison Test and the Job Satisfaction Test SL-ARG. The Spearman's statistical analysis identified, positively high, positively moderate, and negative correlations according to the dimensions established in the Likert scale. Even though the sample was small, consisting of 8 workers from the branch in the city of Latacunga, it is important to mention that Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied in the SPSS software to validate the reliability of the instrument, obtaining a value of 0, 82. To make a meaningful contribution to the Occidental Cooperative, the inquiry identified the critical elements for the creation of strategies and the General Plan of Culture and Organizational Behavior. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, las organizaciones se enfrentan a un cambio constante, en el cual la cultura organizacional juega un papel importante para entender el comportamiento de los individuos que forman parte de la organización. Por ello, analizar y fortalecer los elementos y características culturales resulta esencial para mejorar el bienestar y promover el desarrollo y crecimiento de la Cooperativa Occidental, ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga. El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado "Cultura y Comportamiento Organizacional en la Cooperativa Occidental de la ciudad de Latacunga", tuvo como objetivo principal el desarrollo de un plan general de cultura y comportamiento organizacional para la Cooperativa Occidental. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, analizando los datos numéricos recolectados para determinar la situación actual de la cooperativa en cuanto a su cultura organizacional. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se utilizó el Test de Denison y el Test de Satisfacción Laboral SL-ARG. A través del análisis estadístico de Spearman, se identificaron las correlaciones positivamente altas, positivamente moderadas y negativas de acuerdo a las dimensiones establecidas en la escala de Likert. A pesar de que la muestra fue pequeña, compuesta por 8 trabajadores de la sucursal en la ciudad de Latacunga, es importante mencionar que se aplicó el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach en el software SPSS para validar la fiabilidad del instrumento, obteniendo un valor de 0,82. La investigación logró determinar los factores clave para el desarrollo de estrategias y la generación del plan General de Cultura y Comportamiento Organizacional, con el propósito de contribuir de manera significativa a la Cooperativa Occidental. | es_ES |
