Gestión del talento humano y desempeño laboral en la empresa porcícola del Litoral “Porcilit S.A” cantón El Triunfo, provincia del Guayas, año 2024.

The general objective of this research work, entitled “Management of Human Talent and Work Performance in the Pork Company “Porcilit S.A” from El Triunfo canton, Guayas province in 2024", was to examine the management of human talent and its influence on job performance in the company above. The applied methodology included a review of bibliographic sources and a field study. The literature review was based on various sources, such as books, scientific articles, and reliable websites, which provided comprehensive information on human talent management and job performance. The field study consisted of direct data collection, which allowed obtaining first-hand information on the topic. The study used theoretical and deductive approaches, as well as statistical analyses. The deductive approach, which starts from a general premise to reach specific conclusions, helped address the lack of knowledge about the importance of human talent management in job performance. A relational approach was adopted to determine the relationship between human talent management and job performance. The research work included interviews with the owner and a census of the 20 employees, to collect information on their perceptions and attitudes about human talent management and job performance. As a result, it was determined that there is a relationship between human talent management and job performance. The analysis revealed deficiencies in the management of human talent at Porcilit S.A., especially in organizational strategy, current trends, and the need for a functional model, aspects identified as factors that contribute to the low work performance of employees. In this sense, a human talent management proposal was developed in the company Porcilit S.A. to improve work performance, presenting a model that seeks to increase the job satisfaction of collaborators and achieve significant improvements at the individual and organizational levels. It is recommended to guarantee the participation of the owner and those responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the human talent management plan, ensuring their commitment and support.

Estilo de liderazgo y su incidencia en el clima organizacional en la empresa Lady Sports S.A periodo 2024.

The objective of this research was to determine the leadership style and its impact on the organizational climate at Lady Sport S.A. period 2024 with the purpose of establishing strategies according to the needs of the staff who make up this company. The methodology was based on a quantitative research. The bibliographic research was applied to obtain theoretical and descriptive information, so that it showed the reality of the type of exercised leadership and the correlational aspect for establishing the link between the variables. The fundamental methods for the development of the various sections were: inductive and deductive; while the selected techniques were the interview directed to the manager and the census applied to 25 collaborators and not applying the sample formula due to the small number of the population. Among the main results, it was highlighted that at Lady Sports S.A. autocratic leadership is exercised and it had a greater presence with some characteristics of transactional leadership. It evidenced that important decisions were managed centrally with minimal participation of collaborators. Irregular feedback and emphasis on financial incentives without sufficient attention to emotional or symbolic support contributed to uncertainty and demotivation among employees. The results of the correlation analysis revealed a significant incidence between the leadership style and the organizational climate at Lady Sport S.A. with a correlation coefficient of 0.980. Therefore, a proposal for strategies based on democratic-transformational leadership was suggested which included holding weekly meetings to encourage open and participatory communication, investing in coaching and mentoring sessions to develop leadership skills that inspire and motivate the team that are directed to the owner and manager. Finally, the establishment of a system of recognition of achievements to value both the economic and symbolic contributions of employees was suggested.

El liderazgo y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de las Pymes comerciales del cantón Valencia año 2024.

Leadership plays a crucial role in the job performance of small and medium-sized companies in the canton of Valencia during the period 2024, leaders not only motivate and inspire their teams, but also implement clear and coherent strategies. The objective of this research was to analyze how leadership influences the work performance of employees of different commercial entities in the canton of Valencia, in order to identify the most effective leadership styles and their impact on job satisfaction and work environment. This study arose from the problem that some companies in the canton of Valencia may have an ingrained organizational culture that does not favor the adaptation to new leadership approaches, and to overcome this resistance. To achieve the proposed objective, a mixed approach was used, using qualitative techniques such as observation and interview, quantitative, because data collection was carried out through the use of techniques such as the survey and instruments such as the questionnaire which was applied to an owner of a small and medium enterprise and employees of SMEs, making the sampling based on the number of companies by business activities. The results showed the prevalence of a democratic-transactional leadership, as well as the consolidation of effective leaders in the different companies of the canton Valencia need a balance between technical and interpersonal skills to successfully lead their organizations, adaptability allows these leaders to respond quickly to market changes and internal needs, ensuring the continuity and growth of the business. The statistical analysis expressed an incidence between leadership and labor performance of SMEs, which was corroborated with an index of 0.974 that exemplifies a correlation of great magnitude, which expressed the interdependence between these variables.

El coaching empresarial y su impacto en el rendimiento laboral en la empresa Brion's AC, cantón La Maná, año 2024.

The main objective of the research carried out at Brion's AC, located in the canton of La Maná, province of Cotopaxi, was to evaluate the impact of business coaching on the work performance of its employees. Through a mixed methodology, which combined surveys and interviews, both quantitative and qualitative data were collected. Employee surveys were conducted to collect data on their perception of coaching, as well as before and after political implementation of the program. The owner was interviewed to find out the strengths, opportunities, skills and threats. For data tabulation, analysis and interpretation, Excel was used as a tool. The first results before the coaching session show negative results because employees are unaware of the usefulness of coaching for the company. The results show that employees have acquired greater clarity about their roles and responsibilities after applying a coaching session and it has facilitated the alignment of their efforts with organizational objectives. The results obtained show a positive impact of coaching on various aspects of employees' work performance. An increase in motivation, commitment and clarity of objectives was observed, as well as the development of new skills and a greater ability to solve problems because they understand that knowing the company's objectives helps to improve performance and performance in the work areas. Additionally, some showed that productivity increased significantly. These findings suggest that coaching has been an effective tool for improving individual and organizational performance. Finally, a proposal for a coaching action plan and its indicators is proposed and recommended to expand the coverage of the program, personalize the sessions and establish a measurement system. Likewise, the importance of integrating coaching into performance management processes and promoting a culture of continuous learning is highlighted. In conclusion, the implementation of business coaching at Brion's AC has proven to be a valuable investment for the development of employees and the strengthening of the organization, contributing to improving its competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

Plan de negocio para la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de productos derivados del excedente de banano (harina), La Maná, 2023.

The general objective of the research was to design a business plan for the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the production and marketing of products derived from surplus bananas (flour) that emerged as an alternative to the waste of bananas derived from the process of banana boxes. export and as an alternative for the creation of sources of employment and a nutritious alternative for the families of the La Maná canton. The methodology was composed of historical-logical, deductive, analytical, and synthetic methods; the types of bibliographic, field research, with a descriptive scope, considering the use of the survey technique using directed questionnaires to determine the supply and demand of the product essential. Through the market study, an unsatisfied demand of (341,608 100 gram covers), (334,496 200 gram covers), 19,555 300 gram covers) (38,895 400 gram covers) (50,121 500 gram covers) was determined. In the technical study, the size of the project of 86,400 cases per year was considered, selecting the El Carmen parish as the location. The equipment, machinery and legal aspects necessary to function and operate as a microenterprise dedicated to the production and marketing of products were also described. banana flour. The initial investment was $68,909.20 and the income statement reflected a net profit of $30,565.46, which in financial terms represented a NPV of $34,079.58 and an IRR of 66%. With the creation of the microenterprise, the entrepreneur and potential clients benefited, therefore it was deduced that it will have a significant economic impact by creating four new sources of work.
