- ItemReestructuración orgánica y funcional en la Federación Deportiva de Cotopaxi.(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Itás Asimbaya, Cristian David; Calero Hinojosa, Milton Xavier; Tinajero Jiménez, Marlon RubénThe main objective of this work entitled “Organic and Functional Restructuring in the Cotopaxi Sports Federation” is to optimize the organizational structure of the Federation to improve its operational efficiency, adaptability and regulatory compliance. Specific objectives include clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving hierarchy and creating a structure that allows better management of human talent and more effective internal communication. The methodology used was qualitative, based on a documentary review, using an interview as a technique and with an inductive analysis to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement. It was based on the theories of Complex Adaptive Systems and the Theory of Resources and Capacities, as well as on legal regulations such as the Organic Law of Public Service (LOSEP), the Sports Law, and the Statute of the Federation, which guide the structuring and management in sports entities. The main findings revealed deficiencies in role clarity, hierarchization and internal communication, which have affected the operation and adaptation capacity of the Federation. By virtue of this, an organic and functional restructuring was proposed that includes a clear hierarchy, precise definition of responsibilities, and a more effective alignment of functions with the strategic objectives of the Federation. This restructuring seeks to optimize human talent management, improve internal communication and strengthen the ability to adapt to changes. The execution of the plan will be carried out within a period of 10 to 12 months, with an estimated investment between $1,300 and $2,570.
