    Desarrollo de un sistema web utilizando la metodología Kanban para automatizar los procesos en la Cooperativa de Taxis Multifamiliares FAE del cantón Latacunga.

    Nowadays, speed and efficiency are essential for enterprise any type, and automation has become key to modernization. For the FAE Multi-Family Taxi Cooperative, the implementation a web system represents an effective solution for addressing the operational management current challenges. The system will approach several important areas including user registration, this involves the information detailed management about partners, drivers, clients and vehicles; the activities scheduling and organization; the drivers assignment; and internal communication, which facilitates a fluid interaction between the cooperative's members. Further, the system will allow for the notifications generation to send alerts and reminders to emails and WhatsApp, the report elaboration to support analysis and decision-making, and vehicle tracking for real-time monitoring of location. It will also be provided an improved customer service, allowing users to request a taxi or place a delivery quickly and easily through the system. The Kanban methodology has been fundamental in the system development, facilitating the work visualization, the boards use and flexibility in task management. These characteristics have allowed to implement successful the system's functions, avoiding the information loss from the involved.
