The instrumentation industry is improving the automation in equipments and electrical machines bringing to market new tools that are revolutionizing the interfaces communication in the control of the industrial processes, making this project is driven towards the control and monitoring system of liquid level and a packaging system through wireless network. Within the Arduino Uno Card the data is received which is detected by the sensors to immediately be transferred to the control system through the X-bee devices, which are responsible for transmitting and receiving data, form the communication network between the control system with the modules and the liquid level and the yogurt packaging, handling the communication address and network security. Finally all data is received in the control module, where it can be manipulated the process through the labview program leading to analyze data in real time, keeping packaging simulation, observing the virtual movement of the process, checking the disturbances , synchronization and stability of the modules.
