The research question was focused on the creation of 53 currently job descriptions, with the goal of explaining the specific duties required for each position. The functions manual serves as a tool to outline the standards and tasks expected to be performed, providing a detailed description of the functions, responsibilities, profiles and competencies required for each position. The methodology used was a mixed method approach, including techniques such as semi-structured interviews, direct observation and review of internal documents, involving the entire organization. As a result, a role manual was created with 53 detailed job profiles describing all activities, responsibilities, competencies and requirements. This guideline will improve recruitment, training and performance evaluation processes. It is expected that the implementation of this guide will contribute to effective human resources management within the institution, thus improving the efficiency and productivity of employees by clearly defining the responsibilities assigned to each role. This will produce institutional benefits and optimization of resources.
