| dc.description | This work was developed in the pasteurizer “El Alba” that belongs to Milky Products Bayamo. The project has as objective to make a series of actions in order to optimize the consumption of energy without affecting the production, especially in the areas of pasteurization and transportation. The 100% of energy consumed, 80% represents the electricity used by the company, and the 20% is the diesel fuel consumed by the company in the area of transportation. To investigate the cause of an effect, it´s important to identify the general cause by applying the PARETO DIAGRAM, so it helps to find the particular cause of the effect. The analyzed variables beat interchangeably, which can be inferred that a lot of diesel consumption in some months of 2009 production is not justified. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo fue realizado en la Pasteurizadora el Alba que pertenece a La Empresa de Productos Lácteos Bayamo. El proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un conjunto de acciones que permiten optimizar el consumo de energía consumida sin afectar las producciones, en especial en las áreas de pasteurización y transporte. El 100% de energía consumida, el 80% representa la energía eléctrica que utiliza la empresa, el 20% es el consumo de combustible diesel que consume la empresa en el área de transporte. Cuando se investiga la causa de un efecto, una vez identificada la causa general aplicando el DIAGRAMA DE PARETO, es necesario encontrar la causa particular del efecto. Las variables analizadas varían indistintamente, con lo que se puede deducir que mucho del consumo de diesel en algunos meses del año 2009 no está justificado con producción. | es_ES |
