Abstract
With the Education in Values, intend help the girls of the seventh year of the School "Elvira Ortega" to enlarge its capacity of selecting the best.
The school gives primacy to the "Institution", to "elevator the academic level", for which we leave to a side the Education of Values,
To cannot stop seeing the immorality in the public or state management and the normality of conducts atentatorias against common good, the loss of credibility in the institutions of justice, etc.
This it is the expensive negative that the adults perceive, the more youths experience, the children are victims and is to owe of the Educational system to help to that they pass some day to be transforming and critical entities.
Lamentably no matter how much the teacher themselves enforce in practice of values, these succumbed before the influence of the society. The values one do not must communicate, one must build with the example, not with the imposition neither with the threat.
Values is a communion of all utilizing the liberty since these give sense to the life.
Essentially, the values are pillars of the conduct that grow if is fed them by means of a pedagogue family so much in the home as in the school. The present job is designed with a focus metodológico toward the knowledge and practicidad of the Basic values of the Education, as they are: Identity, solidarity, Respect, Autoestima, Justice and Equity, Uprightness, Liberty and Responsibility, Criticized and Creatividad, Called affective and Love.
All these values will prompt the girls to be valued as a to be with dignity and many values permit it to defeat the obstacles that be presented in their life.

Con la Educación en Valores, pretendemos ayudar a las niñas del séptimo año de la Escuela "Elvira Ortega" a engrandecer su capacidad de seleccionar lo mejor.
La escuela da primacía a la "Institución", a "elevar el nivel académico", por lo que dejamos a un lado la Educación de Valores.
No podemos dejar de ver la inmoralidad en el manejo público o estatal y la normalidad de conductas atentatorias contra el bien común, la pérdida de credibilidad en las instituciones de justicia, etc.
Esta es la cara negativa que los adultos perciben, los más jóvenes experimentan, los niños son víctimas y es deber del sistema Educativo ayudar a que pasen algún día a ser entes críticos y transformadores.
Lamentablemente por más que el maestro se esfuerce la Práctica de valores, estos sucumben ante la influencia de la sociedad.
Los valores no hay que comunicar, hay que construir con el ejemplo, no con la imposición ni con la amenaza.
Valores es una comunión de todos utilizando la libertad ya que éstos dan sentido a la vida.
Esencialmente, los valores son pilares de la conducta que crecen si se les alimenta mediante una pedagogía familiar tanto en el hogar como en la escuela.
El presente trabajo está diseñado con un enfoque metodológico hacia el conocimiento y practicidad de los valores Básicos de la Educación, como son: Identidad, solidaridad, Respeto, Autoestima, Justicia y Equidad, Honestidad, Libertad y Responsabilidad, Criticidad y Creatividad, Calidez afectiva y Amor.
Todos estos valores impulsarán a las niñas a valorarse como un ser con dignidad y éstos le permitirán vencer los obstáculos que se presenten en su vida.
