dc.description.abstractUna buena planificación estratégica en instituciones de educación superior y en sus áreas, es vital para alcanzar un alto nivel de calidad de la educación profesional; más aún si es de cuarto nivel, la pertinencia de la educación es el objetivo básico de las demandas de la sociedad hacia las respuestas a los problemas del entorno, lo que motiva a realizar actividades relacionadas con el bienestar social, profesional y humanista, de esta manera el objetivo general de éste proyecto de desarrollo fue Proponer el Plan Estratégico para la Unidad Académica de Posgrado de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi que fomente la articulación de las funciones sustantivas, docencia, investigación y vinculación para una educación de calidad.es_ES
