Abstract
The Ecuadorian education is included in a indicate net of historical, economic, ideological, political and cultural situations, in such a way that it is understanding explanation, requires to leave from a vision of concrete entirety. It is questioned the traditionalism a lot however it is more practiced in all levels educational institutions. The approaches of new schools seemed that they are worth for learning effects and not of practice. The shift governments, in general are demagogic and discriminate, they prefer to mistreat to the teachers and to break pedagogic advances. They make boast of the quantity of teachers or the educational centers but they omit to speak about the quality educational service, the same that isn't to allow to the student to develop all their creativity, criticism and innate haughtiness.
