| dc.description | This research project aims to determine the solution of school conflicts for that reason the following objective was raised: Diagnose school conflicts and their impact on the personality of students of the Educational Unit "Perez Pallares" in Chimbacalle parish, Quito Canton , it is necessary to emphasize that school violence, Bullying, verbal aggressions are factors that have changed the behavior of adolescents, that is to say that emotions, feelings and personality become clear when facing situations of this nature. This project is important because it was possible to base aspects related to school conflicts and at the same time collect information through descriptive research which systematically analyzed the problem presented in the educational institution, while the deductive method helped to select valuable information throughout the investigative process, the technique that was applied was the survey that allowed gathering information and identifying important data of the aspects that generated said problem, for after the analysis and discussion detailing conclusions and recommendations focused on the subject, finally the impact is of a social nature and training because it is aimed at knowing aspects that generate the solution of school conflicts. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito determinar la solución de conflictos escolares por ese motivo se planteó el siguiente objetivo: Diagnosticar los conflictos escolares y su incidencia en la personalidad de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa “Pérez Pallares” de la parroquia Chimbacalle , Cantón Quito , es preciso destacar que la violencia escolar, Bullying, y las agresiones verbales son factores que han ido cambiado el comportamiento de los adolescentes, es decir que las emociones, sentimientos y personalidad se ponen en manifiesto al enfrentar situaciones de esta índole. Este proyecto es importante porque se logró fundamentar aspectos importantes de los conflictos escolares, el tipo de investigación empleada gira en torno a la descriptiva la misma que analizó sistemáticamente el problema presentado en la institución educativa, mientras que el método deductivo ayudó a recopilar información valiosa durante todo el proceso investigativo, la técnica que se aplicó fue la encuesta que permitió recopilar información e identificar datos importantes de los aspectos que generan dicho problema , para luego del análisis y discusión detallar conclusiones y recomendaciones enfocadas al tema, finalmente el impacto es de carácter social y formativo porque está encaminado a conocer aspectos que generan la solución de conflictos escolares. | es_ES |
