Abstract
The present research compiles information according to the English teachers' performance of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. To understand the authorities, the English teacher and students of the U.T.C. and the analysis of the surveys and interviews applied to know the factors that impact in the execution of the sustainful functions of the English teachers. Finally, once the problem was analyzed, we propose some determined Strategies to Improve the Accomplishment of the Sustainful Function of the English teachers of the U.T.C.
