Abstract
The topic proposed for this research on the STUDENT GUIDANCE AND WELFARE DEPARTMENTS of the Fiscal Colleges of the Latacunga Canton, setting myself as a fundamental objective, to analyze the actions of these departments in determining creativity to encourage learning. Find out the frequency with which DOBE Officials, that is, VOCATIONAL COUNSELERS, work on other activities, as well as know the number of students they could serve individually and in what adequate infrastructure conditions for them to develop creativity.
The work is structured primarily with theoretical knowledge of what creativity involves, noting concepts from different authors, as well as the ways of measuring or evaluation parameters. Then I present general aspects about Vocational Guidance; its importance, concepts and the legal framework.
After reading this work, I request to present criticisms or comments that can be considered in this work.
