Abstract
The automatized system for the comercial mission for the Multi Video (mulTlVIdeo) company was started because of the need to realize this mission with the use of the ordenators simplifying in this way manual work and permitting the entity to be more efficient and reliable in the moment of making decisiones.
In the present document, essencial subjects are shown:the bussiness where the Software will be used (the company mulTIVIdeo),the approximate estimation cost in the development of mulTIVIdeo,using the mode of early design of COCOMO 11 and the metric of functional points,the tools and concepts utilized in the design of mulTIVIdeo where diagrams of use cases are realized and organised due to their function having in mind that the new system completes the functional necesities of the bussiness,the implementation of this design is with the administrative Data Base MSAccess and the programming language,in this case Visual
Basic for Applications.

El Sistema Automatizado para la gestión comercial de la empresa Multi-Video (mulTIVIdeo) surge ante la necesidad de realizar esta gestión con uso de los ordenadores simplificando así el trabajo manual y permitiéndole a la entidad ser más eficientes y acertada en el momento de tomar las decisiones.
En el presente documento se abordan temas inherentes: al negocio donde será empleado el software (la empresa Multi-Video), la estimación del costo aproximado incurrido para desarrollar mulTIVldeo, usando el Modelo de Diseño Temprano de COCOMO ll y la métrica de los puntos de función, la herramienta y conceptos utilizados en el diseño de mulTIVIdeo donde se realizan los Diagramas de Casos de Uso, organizados estos según funcionalidad teniendo en cuenta que el nuevo sistema cumpla con los requerimientos funcionales del negocio, la implementación de este diseño se realizó con el gestor de Base de Datos MSAccess y el lenguaje de programación embebido en este Visual Basic para Aplicaciones.
