ORCOIN S.A. como empresa de consultaría informática y electrónica centra su atención a clientes en sus múltiples servicios que ofrece en sus oficinas ubicadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil en la ciudadela Kennedy Norte calle principal del alado solar 5 Manzana 907. El análisis que se efectuó, se basó en la aplicación de entrevistas realizadas a los directores departamentales y empleados sobre la manera de llegar al cliente. También se realizó la aplicación de encuestas al cliente para saber su grado de conocimiento sobre la Empresa y sus actividades. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos de los análisis realizados se determinó que la limitada difusión de sus actividades comerciales es motivo necesario para la implementación de un Sitio Web buscando también incrementar su publicidad a través del Internet y así darse a conocer tanto nacional como internacionalmente, beneficiándose de ésta manera de tecnología de punta que le permitirá proporcionar información rápida y oportuna.
