| dc.description | The current research project deals about the digital tools use, which currently play a fundamental role in the work environment, since they help to make more effective work, at the moment ordering, managing and planning is for this, which the research project focuses on the activities planning carriyng out at the Ambato Cooperative, Latacunga headquarters, Cotopaxi province, with the aim by determining the digital tools use in said cooperative, thus starting at a quantitative analysis, which, it was applied a survey 23 closed questions to the workers, previously validated by academic professionals, this allowed them to know the digital tools used by the institution and how it intervenes in their work, what it was evinced, that the collaborators use tools, what provides the Cooperative and there is a need to use new digital tools, which contribute to the development its functions. At work, it could detect, what a workers considerable number, despite having other digital tools knowledge, do not use them to manage their work, for this, it was proposed three tools with distinct characteristics, but with the same aim, which is to help activities planning from Cooperative. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación trata del uso de las herramientas digitales, que en la actualidad conforman un papel fundamental en el entorno laboral, pues ayudan a realizar un trabajo más eficaz al momento de ordenar, gestionar y planificar es por ello que el proyecto de investigación se enfoca en la planificación de actividades que se lleva a cabo en la Cooperativa Ambato sede Latacunga provincia de Cotopaxi con el objetivo de determinar el uso de herramientas digitales en dicha cooperativa, partiendo así desde un análisis cuantitativo, en el cual, se aplicó una encuesta de 23 preguntas cerradas a los trabajadores, previamente validadas por profesionales académicos, esto permitió conocer las herramientas digitales que usa la institución y como interviene en su trabajo, en el cual se evidencio que los colaboradores utilizan herramientas que proporciona la Cooperativa y existe la necesidad de utilizar nuevas herramientas digitales que aporten al desarrollo de sus funciones. En el trabajo se pudo detectar que un número considerable de trabajadores a pesar de tener conocimientos de otras herramientas digitales no utilizan para manejar su trabajo es por ello que se propuso tres herramientas con distintas características, pero con el mismo objetivo que es ayudar a la planificación de las actividades de la Cooperativa. | es_ES |
