This study first establishes the theoretical foundations of the work environment and professional performance to deepen our understanding of these concepts. A situational diagnosis was then conducted using quantitative methodology, specifically exploratory and explanatory approaches. Data collection involved a survey using a questionnaire designed to assess "Organizational Climate," comprising nine dimensions with five questions each, rated on a Likert scale. The "Professional performance" section of the questionnaire consisted of 17 questions. The results indicate that certain areas require strengthening for teachers. While 45% of teachers demonstrated adequate commitment and consistent support in their duties, 25% expressed dissatisfaction with their work environment, and 30% reported poor communication and lack of recognition for their daily efforts. These issues negatively impact teacher motivation. To enhance the work environment, it is essential to implement strategies that promote personal and professional development, welfare, and continuous motivation. This approach will foster harmonious relations among teachers, build confidence, and improve overall performance. Consequently, students will benefit from a more effective and satisfying educational experience.
