- ItemDesarrollo de una red de comunicación RS 485 entre dos autómatas programables de marca INVT y S7-1200 para el monitoreo y control de motores paso a paso.(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Veloz Alvarez, Anibal Isaac; Aguaisa Cayo, Melinton Alexander; Freire Martínez, Luigi OrlandoThe research developed in this technological proposal focuses on the objective of developing a RS 485 Modbus communication network for the monitoring and control of an industrial stepper motor; applying the empirical method has observed the behavior of the Modbus network along with the inductive method has developed an analysis for subsequent selection of appropriate equipment for communication, In this way, the problem posed in the deficiency of the control and monitoring of motor positioning is addressed, it is described that a RS 485 system is focused on interconnection of different equipment such as actuators and sensors which interact with each other in industrial control systems. Before going into operation, the system was based on the ISO 8482 standard that covers the communication of devices through the RS 485 interface and the ISA 101 standard designed for HMI environments in such a way that a pulse value is entered through the HMI KTP400 of the Siemens family transmitting the data to the PLC master automaton Siemens S7-1200, the same equipment is responsible for sending through its communication module the data entered to the PLC slave of the INVT IVC1L brand and puts into operation the elements to be controlled, the monitoring has been carried out with a data transmission speed of 19200 baud between the devices using the HMI WECON equipment, validating the reliability of the system and improving its efficiency in the control, concluding that a communication network between equipment of different brands demonstrates a robust and reliable system in the sending and receiving of data.
