The study is based on the premise that, “Employee job satisfaction is essential for the success of any organization, impacting productivity, talent retention and quality of services.” The study had a quantitative and descriptive approach, sing validated questionnaires to measure organizational work environment and job satisfaction in a population of 276 employees, representing 100% participation. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, allowing the relationship between the different variables and dimensions considered to be evaluated. The results revealed a strong and significant positive correlation between work environment variables and job satisfaction (0.795; p-value < 0.01), which generally indicated that a favorable work environment is associated with greater employee satisfaction. However, the lowest score between management style and job satisfaction (0.438; p-value < 0.01) showed a moderate positive relationship.
