Abstract
In view of what we desire with this research work, with the experiences that its development has given us, we would like, as a contribution of the group, to offer some proposals that converge to find new directions in the training of English language teachers, combining the knowledge discovered, the intentions that are manifest in the UT.C. and the need for change that Ecuadorian education needs. It is our greatest aspiration that the proposals presented here serve for discussion, reflection, analysis and open criticism, without any inconsistency or the slightest fear of the defects that may arise from their reading and understanding, because we consider that our proposals are necessary to better guide the professional training of English language teachers, and the qualitative development of personality, without this meaning that they are matrix proposals of strict application.
