dc.description.abstractOur Investigative work is based on the organization and performs of the work in the team, all this was made to reach a significative and optimal learning for who take part of the educative Community. The proposal planned try about a Methodological model of Evaluation in the polyvalent system in order get an interest in the teaching-learning process in the English of the "Luis Fernando Ruiz "high school of Latacunga city, Cotopaxi Province. The points that we will use in our investigative work are supported in the necessity to obtain a dynamic evaluation at the moment to evaluate students. We count with useful and applied instruments which allowed to collect the substantial information, also we analysis the results which are represented in charts and bar graphs with them we deduce some conclusions, which helped us to detect the Evaluative Process weakness in the Polivalente System. We consider this aspect as main point in the Teaching- Learning Process; we established that is necessary to elaborate this proposal as an alternative with new and modem techniques of evaluation which get significant learning in the second years of the Polyvalent Bachelor's degree, in the Secretarial Accounting of the Feminine Technical "Luis Fernando Ruiz" High School of Latacunga. Also the evaluation process in the Polyvalent system, It must be applied in appropriate way by English Teachers, who should use more innovative, motivate and creative techniques of evaluation.
