Abstract
Controlling the behavior during the English cl asses is a difficult work, since, learners do not listen, not follow the rules or simply they are not interested in the English classes, sometimes, learners do not worry about teacher´s classes, as a result, they have misbehavior, so, it is vitally important to improve the interaction among learners and teachers, in order to get better results during the English learning Process, and at the same time to get a controlled behavior.
