dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the present job is to improve the actual situation of the English language teaching in the schools of Latacunga city, through a careful analyse of the different aspects which motivate of damage of that teaching. In chapter one, we refer to the concepts about teacher, professor and master. We determine the characteristics of the tradictional and progressive teacher. After, we refer to the English teacher and conclude with orientations to manage the teaching-learning proceess of the English language.
