    Vocational training for students specializing in English, of the race of administrative sciences, humanistic and man of the Technical University of Cotopaxi.

    After developing the present work had identified the principal problems that limit the Professional Training of English Students of the Administrative and Humanistic Career from Technical University of Cotopaxi. In this context, it is based in the Historical Cultural Conception therefore, Vigotsky considers the learning as a social activity and never an individual training process as the Constructivism supported for this reason, it is the most certain theory to guide it, so that the main aspect for Vigotsky is on studying the training of the cognitive processes analyzing to people in the different social and cultural activities. Moreover, this work used the Applied and Descriptive searching therefore, we collected actual data of students, teachers, authorities and professionals from English's Major, in addition these are related with the Inductive - Deductive, Descriptive and Scientific methods, in order to detail the truly Professional Training of students and of this manner demonstrates the planned hypothesis, and also we applied techniques such as: informative cards, observation, test and interviews. Finally, with this work identified several deficiencies during the Professional Training process such as: the lack of evaluation and selection of teachers at the moment to enter at University, the wrong way to use the technological and didactic resources of English Laboratory, the lack of actuality contents and educational improvements and also the lack of evaluation system to the educational redeem.
