La carrera de Inglés es una profesión que contribuye con el mejoramiento del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del idioma extranjero, está fundamentada en teorías científicas que permiten enfocar los métodos, técnicas y estrategias más apropiadas para facilitar la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos y la aplicación práctica de competencias comunicativas. El aprendizaje del idioma Inglés es importante para el desarrollo de la sociedad en el Siglo XXI, en respuesta a un mundo globalizado, que exige el conocimiento de este idioma en diferentes áreas: productivas, económicas, científicas, tecnológicas, sociales y educativas como una herramienta de comunicación e información que permita el desarrollo de los pueblos.

The topic proposed for this research on the STUDENT GUIDANCE AND WELFARE DEPARTMENTS of the Fiscal Colleges of the Latacunga Canton, setting myself as a fundamental objective, to analyze the actions of these departments in determining creativity to encourage learning. Find out the frequency with which DOBE Officials, that is, VOCATIONAL COUNSELERS, work on other activities, as well as know the number of students they could serve individually and in what adequate infrastructure conditions for them to develop creativity. The work is structured primarily with theoretical knowledge of what creativity involves, noting concepts from different authors, as well as the ways of measuring or evaluation parameters. Then I present general aspects about Vocational Guidance; its importance, concepts and the legal framework. After reading this work, I request to present criticisms or comments that can be considered in this work.

The sole purpose of this thesis was to investigate the preschool or kindergarten level, as it is the foundation for the acquisition of new knowledge, especially since English is a second language. After analyzing the current teaching situation at this level, we believe it is important to include in this work some theoretical content that will guide preschool education, such as its conceptualization, characteristics, developmental profile, the setting in which it develops, play activities as a motivation for the senses, and their effects. It also includes the teaching of the English language, with the characteristics of its skills, methods, techniques, and activities conducive to learning it.

The purpose of the present job is to improve the actual situation of the English language teaching in the schools of Latacunga city, through a careful analyse of the different aspects which motivate of damage of that teaching. In chapter one, we refer to the concepts about teacher, professor and master. We determine the characteristics of the tradictional and progressive teacher. After, we refer to the English teacher and conclude with orientations to manage the teaching-learning proceess of the English language.

This Investigation has as primordial objective to improve the teaching- learning process in the English'area, because the srtudents have problems and indifference in this subject. In the first chapter we have the utilization of audiovisual, used techniques, their importance, the audiovisual materials that we need to develop the class and description on each one of them. In the second chapter we presented an analysis of each one of the interviews and carried out surveys. In the surveys of the teachers present an acceptance in the utilization of new materials like it is the computer. In the interviews from the directive of some Institutes of the city allow us more once to check than in the English's area there are deficiencies and is necessary to capture the attention of the sutudent of a loud way. So, in our third chapter we detailed our proposal, it is the utilization of a new audiovisual technique in order to be used in the laboratories, through the utilization of a computer, and we could combine it with the Infocus and of this manner to achieve an Inter-learning student teacher, all this is possible with imagination.

This work was elaborated with a goal : Educative community knows the importance that have the evaluation in the Teaching — Learning Process. Nowadays, we have a wrong opiniön about the evaluative process, in another words, we know an evaluation with the objective of to promove or reprove the year school, without to take account another important factors such as the personality the same that influence in the output of the students. We should remember that the evaluation is not only to put score to the students also to the teachers, institutions, books, methods techniques and parents. Finally, to practice a correct educative evaluation, teachers and students should to know the responsabilities to take decisions and of this maner, we can to have a good results in the educative process.

To motivate is to awaken the interest and attention of the students for the values and contents of the subject, exciting in them the interest to learn it, the pleasure of studying it and the satisfaction of fulfilling the tasks that study requires. The person who considers study, intellectual work as an imposition, that person lacks motivation for study and therefore his lack of interest prevents him from starting his task well and finally achieving the desired success. The English language is a universal language so necessary in the current era due to the advancement of science and technology, whose treaties are written in this language; therefore from the first years of schooling the child must learn it, take interest in speaking it and it is the teacher's job to find the best motivational strategies to awaken the interest in the students to learn this language.

Finalmente se llegó a determinar la propuesta establecida, ya que una de las grandes falencias de la educación ecuatoriana es que no se ha aplicado verdaderas estrategias metodológicas que vayan en relación directa con las actividades que realiza el maestro dentro del aula de clase, para que le permita al alumno ser el autor de su propio conocimiento, el cual será duradero y perdurable, con lo cual el maestro dejará de ser el autor principal de la clase, pasando a ser un coordinador, un guía o tutor del interaprendizaje.

Our work is developed to give some specific and easy techniques in order to help teachers to solve many problems we can find in the classroom and out of there. We consider this topic because there are many problems to motivate students to go back to read, now the technological develop such us internet, TV programs and some things else are made to students forget reading no just in Spanish and with much reason in English. As teacher is our duty motivate and increase the reading and writing skills through activities to can interested students to read and write, establish activities according with real life. Here we suggest techniques and activities like: Jigsaws, Word in context, Skimming, Scanning, Predicting, Inference, and the Scientific Method to develop reading. And we also suggest work with Copying, Dictation, Linking and Summarize as techniques to help students to develop their weakness

In Ecuador, being a Spanish-speaking country, the English Language is a foreign language that presents difficulties in the psychological process of learning and communication, so we can say that each person has different ways of learning which may be the cause of the non-progress of their skills for expressions in a foreign language. Each institution is different, each group of students is different. Students learn with various strategies and among groups of students there are different levels of learning progress. In a school year, students have to be able to express their ideas in a way that is clear and understandable to the rest of their classmates. The English language study curriculum is not prepared according to the needs of the students, so it is necessary to complement it with grammatical structures that are understandable for those who are the recipients of the knowledge, giving them greater ease of learning. in it The existing problems in learning the English language are those that are captured by the students, but their ideas cannot be transmitted orally or in writing, giving rise to subsequent problems in learning the foreign language, so the detection of teaching problems will be carried out. The proposed topic is the result of the direct observation of what happens in the English Language Teaching Learning Process, as much in the country, as in the Cotopaxi province and in specific form in the Superior Technological Institute "Victoria Vásconez Cuvi" and the National Technical High School "Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dominguez" was reinforced with the direct investigation, based on the surveys carried-out with the teachers and students of the mentioned educational institutions. The results of the investigation were tabulated and show that the English Language Teaching Learning Process does not develop in the best way using the current methodology, if the student lacks the corresponding motivation and action to learn, for this reason, we presented this proposal.

The purpose of the present investigation has as main objective to make an Analysis Critic of the Methods and Techniques in the learning - teaching of the English Language, since the teachers have knowledge of this. In the first chapter we present basic preliminary concepts on Methods and Techniques, with which we can have notions of methodology of the learning teaching of the English language. In the second chapter we develop the Methods and Techniques with their steps to continue to make a more dynamic class. In the third chapter we detail an analysis of each one of the research made, so much teachers as students of the institution. As for the data obtained in the research to teacher they have knowledge of Methods and Techniques, while the interviewed students ask their teachers develop the hour more dynamic class with Methods and Techniques according to the knowledge level. This way in our fourth chapter we detail our proposal that understands to Optimize the Use of the Methods and Dynamic Techniques for the learning teaching of the English language. The same one that will be an employee for all the teacher of English's area so that the student develops the skills and it is him easy the learning of a second language.

In the teaching learning process it use inadequate method and techniques in relation to the traditional system ;before this situation our investigative work has a basic objective to improve the teaching of this language through the global method in the tenth years of the fiscal schools of Salcedo. Our work is about Proposal Alternative for the use gives a methodology in order to optimizing the level of knowledge it gives of the teachers and students in the teaching learning give reading and writing through the use the global method ."The work that is synthesized of the following way. Firstly it begins with the theoretical foundation where leaves from the knowledge of the method a determination of the methodology; what understands the active significant learning as well as to go into in the pronunciation with their specific phases, in tonic accent and the intonation. On the other hand, it was determined in the fact that it consists the gradation of contained as well as the didactic process for the Inter. learning of the reading and writing; without leaving it gives side the types the grammatical that it is utilizes in English as they are: The descriptive and prescriptive. Later on it was studied, analyzed and interpreted the required results of the applied surveys to the gentlemen professors and students of the tenth years of basic education of the fiscal schools the canton Salcedo. The applied surveys to teachers and students of the investigated schools ,permit to know that the teachers do not use adequate method and techniques in the teaching of the subject. Finally the methodological proposal is exposed for the teaching of the reading and writing taking in it counts the justification, the objectives, methods and foundations: philosophical, sociological, pedagogic, methodological and epistemological. In the reading we have the movement of the eyes, the visual and auditory determination as well as the pauses in the fixation give the look. Plus attentively stress is made in the foundation of the globalization as much in the reading as in the writing that gives the English language; especially in the writing the didactic process is revised of the same through the method audio- viso -motor-gnósico what allows a positive general vision gives the use of the global method in the teaching he/she gives English. This proposal put us in consideration for teacher and student in order to this application will be in direct benefit of the future generations. In our investigation we use national and international bibliography with internet's information in order to obtain the necessary help to arrive to our purpose

The realization of this investigation has the purpose to better the education quality in English Area, beginning to an analysis of the present situation in the Educative Unit FAE No. 5 and considering the importance that has all didactics materials inside of teaching-learning. We have believed to importance realize a bibliographic study to the new alternative didactic resources, taking as base certain foundations such as: Methods and techniques teaching, characteristics and kinds of didactics resources, the principal basis of manufacturing, the tools for the design, elements and basic materials of elaboration, as also the evaluation and procedures of use and care to themselves. Besides we have included technical aspects and linguistics of the reform, the curriculum implications, teachers' role, learner and instructional material as also their parameters for better his role joined with the development in motivation activities and evaluation according with the factors, objectives and development rhythm of the student.
