La carrera de Inglés es una profesión que contribuye con el mejoramiento del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del idioma extranjero, está fundamentada en teorías científicas que permiten enfocar los métodos, técnicas y estrategias más apropiadas para facilitar la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos y la aplicación práctica de competencias comunicativas. El aprendizaje del idioma Inglés es importante para el desarrollo de la sociedad en el Siglo XXI, en respuesta a un mundo globalizado, que exige el conocimiento de este idioma en diferentes áreas: productivas, económicas, científicas, tecnológicas, sociales y educativas como una herramienta de comunicación e información que permita el desarrollo de los pueblos.

Find out the frequency with which DOBE Officials, that is, VOCATIONAL COUNSELERS, work on other activities, as well as know the number of students they could serve individually and in what adequate infrastructure conditions for them to develop creativity. The work is structured primarily with theoretical knowledge of what creativity involves, noting concepts from different authors, as well as the ways of measuring or evaluation parameters. Then I present general aspects about Vocational Guidance; its importance, concepts and the legal framework. After reading this work, I request to present criticisms or comments that can be considered in this work.

After analyzing the current teaching situation at this level, we believe it is important to include in this work some theoretical content that will guide preschool education, such as its conceptualization, characteristics, developmental profile, the setting in which it develops, play activities as a motivation for the senses, and their effects. It also includes the teaching of the English language, with the characteristics of its skills, methods, techniques, and activities conducive to learning it.

In chapter one, we refer to the concepts about teacher, professor and master. We determine the characteristics of the tradictional and progressive teacher. After, we refer to the English teacher and conclude with orientations to manage the teaching-learning proceess of the English language.

In the first chapter we have the utilization of audiovisual, used techniques, their importance, the audiovisual materials that we need to develop the class and description on each one of them. In the second chapter we presented an analysis of each one of the interviews and carried out surveys. In the surveys of the teachers present an acceptance in the utilization of new materials like it is the computer. In the interviews from the directive of some Institutes of the city allow us more once to check than in the English's area there are deficiencies and is necessary to capture the attention of the sutudent of a loud way. So, in our third chapter we detailed our proposal, it is the utilization of a new audiovisual technique in order to be used in the laboratories, through the utilization of a computer, and we could combine it with the Infocus and of this manner to achieve an Inter-learning student teacher, all this is possible with imagination.

The person who considers study, intellectual work as an imposition, that person lacks motivation for study and therefore his lack of interest prevents him from starting his task well and finally achieving the desired success. The English language is a universal language so necessary in the current era due to the advancement of science and technology, whose treaties are written in this language; therefore from the first years of schooling the child must learn it, take interest in speaking it and it is the teacher's job to find the best motivational strategies to awaken the interest in the students to learn this language.

As teacher is our duty motivate and increase the reading and writing skills through activities to can interested students to read and write, establish activities according with real life. Here we suggest techniques and activities like: Jigsaws, Word in context, Skimming, Scanning, Predicting, Inference, and the Scientific Method to develop reading. And we also suggest work with Copying, Dictation, Linking and Summarize as techniques to help students to develop their weakness

Each institution is different, each group of students is different. Students learn with various strategies and among groups of students there are different levels of learning progress. In a school year, students have to be able to express their ideas in a way that is clear and understandable to the rest of their classmates. The English language study curriculum is not prepared according to the needs of the students, so it is necessary to complement it with grammatical structures that are understandable for those who are the recipients of the knowledge, giving them greater ease of learning. in it The existing problems in learning the English language are those that are captured by the students, but their ideas cannot be transmitted orally or in writing, giving rise to subsequent problems in learning the foreign language, so the detection of teaching problems will be carried out. The applied surveys to teachers and students of the investigated schools ,permit to know that the teachers do not use adequate method and techniques in the teaching of the subject. Finally the methodological proposal is exposed for the teaching of the reading and writing taking in it counts the justification, the objectives, methods and foundations: philosophical, sociological, pedagogic, methodological and epistemological. In the reading we have the movement of the eyes, the visual and auditory determination as well as the pauses in the fixation give the look. Plus attentively stress is made in the foundation of the globalization as much in the reading as in the writing that gives the English language; especially in the writing the didactic process is revised of the same through the method audio- viso -motor-gnósico what allows a positive general vision gives the use of the global method in the teaching he/she gives English. This proposal put us in consideration for teacher and student in order to this application will be in direct benefit of the future generations. The countryside sometimes gives a feeling of loneliness, of disintegration, of an incipient and weak community; Meanwhile, the city offers a picture of compactness, unity and close and vigorous social relations. There is greater heterogeneity here, but supported by a more definite sense of collaboration, than in the countryside, where the traits of individualism are more visible and common, and where climatic factors and the biological roots of the species have determined characteristic types that easily denounce their origin and the environment from which they come.
